Ray Belfrage

Ray Belfrage Founder, Eagle Pursuit Strategies Ray Belfrage brings over two decades of leadership experience across manufacturing, operations, and strategic consulting. As the founder of Eagle Pursuit Strategies, Ray partners with business owners to stabilize operations, implement scalable systems, and drive sustainable growth. His work spans a wide range of industries—from startups to $100M enterprises—where he’s known for blending strategic vision with operational excellence.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA focused on Executive Management, Ray is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Expert. His approach combines data-driven analysis with hands-on execution to improve profitability, streamline processes, and unlock enterprise value.



Outside of consulting, Ray is a passionate builder—of both businesses and bass guitars. He lives in Delaware, Ohio, with his wife and two children, where they enjoy life on their 5-acre homestead. A lifelong Eagle Scout and former Executive Board member of the Boy Scouts of America, Ray remains active in his community and church, often playing bass in the worship band on an instrument he handcrafted himself.
