Marshall began his professional journey in the U.S. Army, serving with discipline and purpose until a medical discharge in 2012. That pivotal moment marked the beginning of a new chapter, leading him into the hospitality industry, where he spent the next 10+ years launching his own concepts and managing operations at high-end private clubs. His time in hospitality wasn’t just about service—it was about building a reputation and network grounded in trust, hustle, and authenticity.

In 2022, Marshall transitioned into the insurance industry, leveraging the relationships and insight he had cultivated over the years to bring real-world value to his clients.
