Jason Kraynak

Jason Kraynak is a Managing Director at Copper Run.

Jason advises clients on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, leveraging his experience evaluating the strategic and financial implications of M&A for small and medium-size privately-held businesses.

Prior to Copper Run, Jason worked in wealth management at Graystone Consulting, a business of Morgan Stanley, where his nationally recognized team oversaw $5 billion in AUM and provided investment consulting and discretionary asset management services to his individual and business clients.

Jason is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University holding a Bachelors Degree in Finance and an MBA. Jason also holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
