Bill Kiefaber

Bill Kiefaber brings nearly 35 years of management, marketing, and communications experience to Marketing Works, its clients, and the non-profit organizations he supports. His core role is to lead the creation of integrated marketing and communications programs that help organizations engage with their target audiences, improve visibility, guarantee brand consistency, stimulate customer loyalty, and increase sales.

During Bill’s career, he has developed a strong knowledge and expertise in strategic planning and program implementation related to digital marketing, social media marketing, brand positioning, consumer and business-to-business research, promotional campaigns, and internal/external communications.

Immediately before joining Marketing Works, Bill founded Highbar Agency. Highbar was a strategic planning, research-based digital communications company that specialized in marketing automation. Prior to Highbar, he led the account management, business development, marketing and communication services teams at Questline, a digital marketing company solely partnering with energy utilities.

Bill served as the senior vice president at Fahlgren Mortine and before that as the chief operating officer of GRIP Technology. In these roles, he was responsible for developing growth strategies, overseeing client relationships and managing company operations. While at GRIP, Bill helped the company grow by more than 300 percent.

Bill is heavily involved in the Central Ohio community and serves on a variety of non-profit and advisory boards, including serving as the Board President for Scouting America’s Simon Kenton Council. Bill currently lives in Westerville with his wife Suzy and their two children.
